With more than 3,600 stores worldwide, American multi-brand sports shoe retailer Foot Locker wanted to digitise its POS advertising to enhance the customer experience.
Solution
Following a successful pilot at five selected locations, up to eight 75” or 85” displays,depending on the store layout, have been rolled out to 55 flagship locations in 13 European countries.
The digital communication concept includes displays designed for high ambient light environments with window facing Digital Signage to capture the attention of passers-by and entice them in-store.We were responsible for the delivery and logistics of software and hardware, the installation on site and the downstream service for all locations including monitoring, fault acceptance, preliminary clarification, helpdesk 1st and 2nd level and on-site technical support.
