You will be joining a highly successful business, developing market leading SaaS products within Digital Signage. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing international R&D department in Sweden, Finland or Norway.
The role
In the role of Scrum Master, you will be leading and facilitating one or two scrum teams delivering state of the art Digital Signage Content Management Systems. You will also be highly involved in improving and developing our way of working throughout the whole process of product development.
You will be a key player in scaling the R&D organization allowing the department to grow. You will be working closely with our Product Managers as well as the Operations department.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years’ experience in the role.
- Ability to build international teams.
- A good communicator both with engineers and non-technical co-workers.
- Experience of facilitating development of cloud and web-based applications.
- Experience from a fast-growing organization is a plus.
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
