Test Lead

You will be joining a highly successful business, developing market leading SaaS products within Digital Signage. We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our growing international R&D department in Sweden, Finland or Norway. 

The role 

In the role of Test Lead, you will be leading and facilitating quality assurance of the development of our state of the art Digital Signage Content Management Systems. As we are growing, we are now at a point where the area of QA needs more formalization and a dedicated team. As test lead you will be highly involved in building the test team and evolving our ways of working. 

As we are building the team you will be involved in both test planning and test execution activities. 


  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience of software testing 
  • At least 3 years’ experience as Test Lead or Test Manager 
  • Ability to draft test strategies and test plans 
  • Experience from both manual and automated testing 
  • Experience from testing cloud- and web-based applications 
  • Ability to build international teams 
  • Track-record of building QA organizations is a plus
  • Experience from a fast-growing organization is a plus 
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
